Return Period

For ready-made signs, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery if the item is damaged or not as described. For custom or personalised signs, the return window and conditions are as agreed at the time of order; typically returns are accepted only for defects or if the item does not match the agreed design.

Return Conditions

The item must be unused and in its original packaging where possible. For a refund or replacement due to damage or error on our side, we will accept the return regardless of packaging. For change-of-mind returns (where we permit them), the item must be in resaleable condition.

Cost of Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item), we will cover the cost of return shipping. If you are returning for another reason and we accept the return, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Return Process

Contact us via the contact page with your order details and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorisation. Ship the item to the address we give you. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or replacement in accordance with this policy.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalised signs made to your specifications are generally non-returnable unless defective or not as agreed. Perishable or one-off items may also be non-returnable. We will confirm at the time of order if an item is non-returnable.

You may cancel an order before it has been shipped at no charge. Once the order has been shipped, our return policy above applies. For custom orders, cancellation may be possible only before work has started; we will confirm when you place the order.

Refund Procedure

If you paid by card, the refund may take additional time to appear from your bank. We will notify you when the refund has been initiated. Replacement items are shipped as soon as practicable after we approve the return.
